Agropolis (which launched at FESTA 2013) is an urban food growing haven with the goal of sharing ideas and practice around growing food.
During FESTA the Agropolis team showcased their new modular planting beds and hosted a workshop on recycled guttering for hanging gardens plus their usual working bee. They also collaborated with C1 espresso and Southern Seed Exchange to offer free seedlings for customers buying takeaway coffee at C1. People just had to simply take their cup across the road to the Agropolis team and they refilled it with plant-y goodness!
